Bad productI purchased this vacuum and contrary to its name, I would not recommend to pet owners. The dirt and hair that the vacuum sucks, it gets stuck really bad so when you attempt to empty it it wont even come down. I purchased a cheap dentist tool in order to clean vacuum every time. This tool barely reaches all the dirt and hair stuck in the upper part of canister I regret purchasing this product, it is such a hassle to use it to later spend half an hour unplugging and cleaning the vacuum.
