  1. Bad ExperienceI purchase one through a Wal-Mart sub seller in Nov 2018. I have since returned it to Ecovacs without reimbursement. We installed the Apple app and used it sporadically in Dec. 2018, and then more in January 2019, but each time it would not want to reconnect with the router. We contacted tech support for help. They insisted that we had not installed the app ''properly'' (what does that mean ?) The robot itself I liked, but it continually disconnected from the household router after the cleaning, and the next time I wanted to use it I would waste 30 or more minutes each time trying to get it to work with my D-link router. We exchanged it, about March, the same thing with the new one. Wal-Mart's responsibility was 30 days. They wouldn't take it back. Ecovacs wouldn't take it back. Tech support then hinted that my router was the problem. I purchased a brand new NETGEAR Nighthawk AC1900 Dual Band WiFi Router, MU-MIMO, Circle with Disney Smart Parental Controls (R6900P) Same thing. Conclusion: I do not recommend the Ecovacs 900 model.
